About This Grass
Forms a moderately dense turf with a medium to coarse texture and an upright, bunching growth habit. Displays a rich medium-to-dark green color that persists well into autumn and winter. Height reaches 2 to 4 feet if left unmowed, but maintained at 2 to 3 inches in turf settings. Produces open, branched panicle seed heads at maturity.
Blade Characteristics
