About This Grass
Forms a somewhat coarse-textured, deep green turf that grows in clumps when thin, but can form a dense stand when properly maintained. Mowed height is typically 2-3 inches, while unmowed it can reach 2-4 feet. Features prominent light-colored or whitish auricles clasping the stem and wide, flat blades.
Blade Characteristics
